Petrolia Plastics Inc. is a custom mold maker and plastic injection molder that has supplied highly specialized and technologically sophisticated plastic components to the telecom, electronics and other industry sectors since 1984.  Petrolia's customer base includes numerous high-tech, electronics and OEM’s in Canada and the U.S. including customers in the automotive and medical sectors.  Product is currently shipped to customers throughout Canada, the U.S., Mexico and Europe. 

Petrolia Plastics Inc. developed an international reputation for its adoption of competitive and innovative technologies and is one of only a handful of companies in North America to have successfully mastered the InMold decorating (lMD) process.   Petrolia specializes in the InMold decorating (IMD) process where a decorative film is applied to a plastic part during the molding process resulting in a level of quality and consistency unmatched by any other process.  Fully integrated CAD/CAM and production systems are used throughout the manufacturing process from product development, through mold manufacturing to production and inspection of parts.   In-house, custom-designed, integrated inspection systems help to ensure exacting product standards.

Petrolia was the second plastics company in North America to register an ISO quality system (9002 in 1992).  In 2003 Petrolia become accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 certification.  Petrolia is also QS9000 compliant to meet the quality requirements of our customers in the automotive industry.
